Machine Gun[]
A Machine Gun that would be manned by Ico at some point in the game, found within Stage 04. The game would transition to a first person camera with a targeting HUD while using it. An early render of an Officer shows them manning the gun.

Queen Idol[]
A statue of The Queen that would appear in the Altar Stage, hiding the entrance to Queen's Room.[1]
Heroine Reaction Mask[]
A mask resembling a mixture of a man and a bull that was present on a fence in the cut Boat Storage stage. It would react to Yorda's presence and the fence would "listen" to it.
Bicycle[]
Unknown Sunbeams Object[]

Red Sofa[]
The red save sofa.
A regular red version of the save sofa was rendered in Lightwave3D by Kazuhiro Numata during the PlayStation 1 Era of ICO.[2] It's possible it was added to the game at some point, as the main executable includes the path to a cut model: "object/sdf/obj_com01/model/sofa_red2.p2o".
