The Stone Pillar is a location in ICO.

Walkthrough

Once you get to the top of the wall with the lift, go down to the outer wall from the broken part of the railing, then follow the edge of the wall to the left. Climb up the outer wall, and drop the box. Then, a few shadows will appear, so fight them off. After that, use the box as a platform and activate the lever, making the chain of the crane hang down.

After saving on the sofa at the top of the castle wall, go left along the wall with Ico only. Shadows will then appear on the lower floor, but they do not have wings and will not target Yorda. Once you reach the bottom of the chain from the top of the crane, press the button to swing and jump into the window. This will bring you to the shadows that have just appeared. Do not fight the shadows, but push the box in the window to drop it outside, and go out the window as well.

At the place where the channel used to be (Sunbeams), use the dropped box as a platform to climb to the top of the wall. From here, climb the chain back to the outer wall, and then climb the ladder to the lever at the back. After calling Yorda and leading her to the metal floor, pull the lever to move the floor with her. More shadows will appear at the same time, so hurry and get down to Yorda via the chain. When Ico is holding onto the chain, press the button repeatedly to get off the chain quickly. Once Yorda is pulled out of the black portal, let her touch the stone statues to destroy all the shadows.
