Currently no, there has not been direct sequel to one of Team Ico's games. It's thoughts that games are connected, but that doesn't mean say Shadow of the Colossus is a direct sequel to Ico.
The only thing that hints to them being sequel is codename for the game (Nico, and Trico), but that's just codenames.
